Private equipment appointments are available Monday through Saturday during the day and evening and Sunday during the day. The Pilates equipment assists and accentuates execution of the Pilates exercises. Private sessions are recommended prior to enrollment in classes, as the client benefits from one-on-one training and the equipment design.
